What is a Hand Over Certificate ?

The Hand Over Certificate is a formal document that marks the official transfer of responsibility for a project, structure or equipment from the contractor to the client. This certificate confirms that all agreed steps have been completed, that the project meets the established requirements and that it is ready for use or operation.

• Project or structure identification: Details of the object to be delivered, such as location, description and main specifications.
• Declaration of Conformity: Field to indicate that all necessary inspections and checks have been carried out and approved.
• Space for observations: Allows you to record exceptions, comments or any additional conditions related to the delivery.
• Signatures of the parties involved: Dedicated areas for the signatures of the contractor, the client and, if applicable, the works inspector, formalizing the acceptance.
